1. They do not participate in coupon specials! 2. No Drinks Refill! 3. Napkins only provided by the cashiers. You've to request for extra! I was literally surprised!

Terrible. Despite the price being jacked up, i get it its a tourist area, but EXTREMELY SLOW. ppl come for fast food not barely high school students hating the job not even doing the job properly. Fries running out, seems the boss is to cheap to schedule more ppl to handle traffic. Total time spent ordering and waiting for food =35mins. + no refills, Bigking unavailable. Just plain sad as a fan of bk

Prices are extremely jacked up, never felt so ripped off. For the inflated prices I would've expected a nicer restaurant, but it's a bit old and dingy to boot. Next time I'll find somewhere nicer to spend the tourist tax at.
