  It took half an hour just to get our food, the Ceasar salad had barely any dressing and didn't come with any forks or spoons to eat with and all of the seats but one came with a fork and knife, as in my seat came with only a knife. The small pepperoni pizza from the kids menu tasted disgusting, I went to an East Side Mario's in Coubourg and that was amazing. I go to an East Side Mario's in Niagara Falls and this is just terrible. Also, I ate my food faster than they got my food to me. Plus, our waitress was acting like she didn't want to be here.

  Waitress was nice but good took forever to arrive and was not good at all. Overpriced and worse that any Italian resteraunt I have ever been to. Don't even get me started on the nfdf charge that really isn't necessary, because everything is overpriced anyways. We just stopped tipping wait staff if this was on our bill. Which I'm sure makes them happy.

  I love East Side Mario's, it's a family tradition for us to go eat here with my family once in a while (in the Mississauga locations). Decided to come here with my boyfriend and was absolutely blown away by the fact that a bowl of the cheapest pasta starts at 25 dollars, and you cannot get anything under 18 dollars. Sad to see that this location of the franchise almost doubles their prices because of the location. Very disappointing, save your money and go somewhere else.

  Double pricing (at least!) for all items. ex. 7 wings for $20 CAD. But wanted to try anyways because I was fooled by the Groupon "Deal". Charges NFDF (Niagara Falls Destination Fee) tax, as if the food pricing wasn't enough on top of HST (Canadian Tax). I used a Groupon deal ($12.50 for $20 voucher for 2). My bill was only subtracted by $17 from this voucher. They made some excuse about how taxing affected the coupon. My voucher got taxed? I'm not too sure, I've had my trip tainted from this experience. I STRONGLY recommend spending your experience elsewhere.

  I liked my pizza, but my wife wasn't particularly happy with her pasta. The cost was too high, but not as high as some restaurants around here. I would give it two stars if not for the friendly and quick service we got.
