  Overall good experience. But one of the staff with a dead look in her eyes completely ruined it. We didn't notice the direction signs to the mat slide, as we stood on the stairs wondering whether we were in the right place, she just stared at us with a disgusted expression (yes disgusted) and did not say a thing. When we went back down and asked her she was very impatient and talked to us like we were idiots. The rest of the day was still good but this one staff made it impossible for me to be willing to give a decent rating. She should be back in the change room sweeping floor not ruining everyone else's fun day.

  What an awesome and economical time you can have here with your kids.... puts great wolf lodge to shame as far as pricing goes. If your on a tight budget , stay at the skyline hotel and walk across their own bridge to the park JD be blessed with great parking options and yes you can bring your own snacks and such like

  Great place! But is it the best? Debatable. You get your moneys worth , nothing more. Expect a good time but not a GREAT time!

  It had been a few years since we had been to Fallsview and the kids had a great time as usual but I'm not sure the owners are keeping up with maintenance. A little more rust around some of the slide supports than I would like to see. Also, they had some trouble keeping the whole park open one evening. Whether that was an anomaly or a maintenance related issue I can't say.
