  do not order from this restaurant unless you want to be lied to and treated like garbage as a paying customer. We always ordered from here, and ordered the beef and broccoli, however, we always ask for no broccoli, and only beef, as we have an allergy in the family. We called a few days ago, the RUDE lady on the phone, answered telling us "we no longer do that", I replied "it is an allergy and we are willing to pay extra for extra beef however, we just cannot have the broccoli" but the rude lady would not even hear us out? We asked to speak to a manager, she put some young child on the phone who spoke in one word sentences and stated he was the manager, the phone call ended up with him saying "we cant do it, whatever the lady told you before i came on the phone, we cant do, so what else do you want"? I ended up hanging up, calling the "manager/owner" the next day, she stated the "manager" was her grandson, and they are not able to accommodate my allergy anymore due to "pricing on the beef" lol, but we offered to pay anything extra for the beef to come without broccoli, anyway... nothing was done, and we will not ever be coming back to this restaurant, along with all of our friends and family who has always ordered from this place you call a "restaurant"

  We had previously visited this place in the past week. The Asian worker at the cashier was very cold, rude, and does not smile once. One part of the food was ok and tasted good, however the issue I had was that they did not give us napkins, forks, knives, or spoons with our takeout! In addition to this, they charge you for fortune cookies with your order, at 10 cents per cookie. How ridiculous can this restaurant really get? Does this place really need to make 10 cents per cookie where they really need this small amount of money, is this place really this cheap and needing to be that pathetic? Also, the noodles they served me were cheap instant noodles that were stuck together, and I had great difficulty putting them in my stir-fry, and on top of that they are very strict with serving sauces or any extras. They would not put sauce or anything on my noodles, and they were sticky and hard. They will not allow you to substitute anything and order any or add any extra sauce to your food! Every other Chinese or Asian restaurant which we go to serves fortune cookies at the end of every meal and they are flexible and nice. The fortune cookie from a Chinese meal is like the cherry on top of the sundae for desert. In addition to this, they did not even have any knives available for us for our takeout. No cutlery supplied, and fortune cookies at 10 cents per piece. Very ridiculous and cheap and we will not be returning. We will bring our service elsewhere, where the restaurant actually appreciates our business!
