  Wow, the seafood options at this buffet was awesome and the customer service at this location was amazing. Our hostess gave us a tour of the buffet and our greeter greeted us with warm towels to wipe our hand before we started our adventure to the buffet options. It is a little pricey so go with your appetite in check and indulge yourself!! You have to give this place a try if you're a seafood and love Asian cuisine!

  We had a diner at this place two days ago. The waiters and waitresses were very friendly, and the service was great. The manager was collecting feedback table by table. Among all the Chinese restaurants I have been to in North America (100+ restaurants), this one is probably the best, or at least top 3, who knows how to cook. The price is a little bit high. But considering the food quality and the location, I strongly recommend this to anyone visiting Niagara Fall who wants to enjoy a decent Chinese meal.

  A wonderful experience, and pleasing staff. While on our trip to Niagara Falls from Tampa Florida, I found this place through the wonderful google assistant, and I mapped us there with-in seconds. We had been out all day, on tours through the butterfly gardens, been aboard the famous Canadian Hornblower, and took a Journey behind The Falls. We were so hungry from our eventful day, an all you can eat buffet was what we needed. The food was amazing, so much to choose from, I even said to my wife, we need to make a separate trip here, just to try out all the food. They had plenty selections for kids, and more deserts than anyone can handle. The staff were super friendly, welcoming us in like it was five o'clock in the afternoon, when in reality it was nine at night, only an hour before they closed. The manager Jeff Ge, stopped by our table to tell us to take our time and enjoy the food. It was my wife's birthday, so naturally they brought out a little desert for her, and everyone sang Happy Birthday. They even took a picture of our family and printed it out for us to look back on. I'm glad we chose to go to Mandarin that night, and I hope that if you like all you can eat buffets, you will visit this place while on vacation in Niagara Falls.

  Having never posted a review on a restaurant before, Mandarin in Niagara Falls is our favorite place to eat. The food is always hot and fresh, with a wide variety of choices ranging everywhere from Salad Bar, to Prime Rib to weekend feasts of crab legs. The last time we were there, we were served by a young lady named Amrit, who did an outstanding job making us feel welcome and ensuring our every need was met. The managers are very personable as well, introducing themselves to every patron that visits their restaurant. All this makes this place a favorite to eat at and I encourage everyone to try it, you won't be sorry!
