  Placed order they said come back in 20 mins. Went in store showed receipt to the man I order with he looks at the pizza on top of oven in box at least 3 times. Finally asks me again and that was my pizza sitting their while I stood there for over 10 mins. I said to man so I stood here while it sat there he said no I just pulled out which was a lie. No apology, thanks for the cold pizza. All he had to say is sorry for mix up rather then lying. Disorganized!i

  Tryed to call to place order, the phone opeator didnt even know where the location was after 10 mins of saying thorldstone and portage and language barriers i was way to annyoe, hey i want a med pizza half pep and cheeze for pick up. It should be that easy
