  Worst pizza pizza location second bad experience with this location order online the first time xl cheese and lg 3 toppings they screwed up the cheese pizza and made pepperoni instead of cheese pizza then the guy at the front tells me or sorry we made pepperoni i understand not his fault because the guy who took our order probably didnt know english i guess because after explaining him we are pure vegetarians then also place the order in for pepperoni pizza. Then they started making xl cheese pizza again and guess what after taking 20 mins he burns the second time and brings pizza to front and tells me your order is ready i looked at the pizza i asked him is this the proper pizza he says yes its not burn then i asked him then why did you cut the sides if its not burn sides crust is literally black. So i called customer care amd told him what happened he tells me sorry sir i can offer you 5 doller credit or male you another one. I said after wait there for 45 mins you guys screwed up my order and you want me to wait more for mistakes you made. Then i told him i haven't took the pizza then he offers me $9.99 credit but still had to wait again and paid for my order so for their stupid mistake i waited 1 hour and paid money for my both pizzas so thats done for that night. I am back again Saturday night to give another try and i order again over the phone large 3 toppings veggie i go pick it up had one slice and guess what being vegetarian i have bacon crumble on the vegetarian pizza so i wait again until they make another pizza so i waited another 35 to 45 mins in total all i can say is You really need to train your staff. Also staff needs to learn after putting the pizza paper in a garbage to wash their​ hands the same guy goes and make pizza really.

  First time going to this location,I bought a bbq chicken slice for $5 I got it, looked like it was hours old and it was hard as a rock(oviously sitting out for hours) I brought it back wanting a small cheese pizza, I waited 20 more mins and had to pay extra... went online it shows a medium just cheese for 4.99$...... very disappointed, I'll stick to pizza hut;)
