  Wish I could give a negative star. Worst of the Ruby Tuesday we have been. Coming from Chicago and thought this would be a great place for family dinner with food my family familiar with. I was so horribly wrong in every aspects: horrible foods, worst service, dirty plates, and very high prices. Let's start with the food. All of them are so dried and tasted so bad. Second the waitress did not even care about asking us if we need anything such as plates, refill drinks, and etc but expected 15% tip. We usually give 20% tip but her service was so horrible on top of the bad foods. Third, the plates were all dirty and got left over food marks on the plates. We had to get our own plates. Forth, I have attached my receipt where the total food before taxes and tip is $152.73. We ordered total of 5 entrees and 1 appetizer. The taxes and tip are $52.41 which is 34% of the total food cost. Not sure what those taxes for but I was told those are Canada taxes. Anyhow paying so much I would expect better food with good service. WE WILL NOT GO BACK TO RUBY TUESDAY ANYMORE NOT EVEN THE ONE IN USA. IT HAS LEFT US WITH SUCH HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND THE BAD FOOD AND SERVICE IS A NIGHTMARE!!!! GOOD BYE RUBY TUESDAY !!!!

  Total: 3.5 out of 5 Food: 4 out of 5 We placed an order and after the wait there came a wrong food altogether. The manger took care of it right away and took the food back to get the right food. So it was corrected very quickly. Bacon Cheeseburger was good, juicy, and fresh. The paddy was large; a few strips of bacon, and cheese. Drink: 3 out of 5 Ordinary Keith’s. Price: 3 out of 5 What you expect from restaurants in this zone. Not like what you’ll see in a regular city, but not crazy either. Cleanliness: 3 out of 5 The table was sticky. An unpleasant odor upon entering the restaurant. The bathroom was clean and smell clean despite the very high traffic at this location. Location: 5 out of 5 Excellent location right on Clifton Hill. Atmosphere: 3 out of 5 Lights were glaring and way too bright right above your head and into your eyes. Quiet, good for families and children.

  Our server, Kelly, and the daytime manager, Nathan, went out of their way to make our son's 16th birthday lunch unforgetable! We could have taken him anywhere he wanted, but all he wanted was a huge burger at Ruby Tuesday (at home, we visit Ruby a couple times a month). They gave him the best seat in the house with an excellent view of the falls, and fixed a special lunch just for him when they found out why we were there. This was, by far, the best visit we've ever had to Ruby Tuesday. Thank you Kelly and Nathan for making our visit to Canada and Niagara Falls awesome!!!
