  The prices are about 50% higher than in other Starbucks locations (might be even more on some items). A starbucks Niagara mug costs 19,95$ plus tax. No WiFi. Dirty bathroom. No possibility to change the diapers of the baby. We did this on the floor then. I generally love Starbucks and have been in many locations in the past 15 years. But this was far away from the Starbucks experience that I'm used to. I think the word rip-off is not too strong for this place.

  Worst Starbucks place ever! They don't accept Payment from Starbucks app... and the reason they said that there store is private... private!! After all you are a part of Starbucks anyhow you've to accept the payment from Starbucks app. Before going to Niagara Falls I recharged my account so that I can use it wherever I want. Anyhow I want my coffee so we bought it by paying debit and guess what the rates are high than normal!! Never going back to this place ever! After running miles I just wanted my coffee... next time I'll visit Tim Hortons which is just in front of Niagara Falls... where I can have my coffee with the beautiful view!

  Lovely place and great service. It's crowded but the coffee is still the best. It has a few seats inside and some outside but I suggest to take it on-the-go or have your coffee a few steps away and enjoy the Falls while enjoying the amazing coffee.
