Good food nice staff reasonable price

Food was good. But felt a bit too big-chain like because of the limitations written on the menu. Eggs could be scrambled, over easy or sunny-side up. What? You can't get them over-hard or poached? Maybe you can, but I didn't ask since those 3 choices were the only ones printed on the menu. I ordered an omelette instead. It was very good. Home-fries were excellent. The service was good and the place was clean. I tend to stay away from "No-substitutions" types of places (especially in diners). So, yeah, I would return to this restaurant no problem if I was with someone who wanted to go, but it wouldn't be my first choice in brunch locations.
