  Me and my Bf drive at drive tru and ordered grilled chipotle chicken wrap, 1 med icedcap with whip cream, potato wadges, redeem 1 free coffee and a boston cream doughnut... the order taker got all our orders right but when they hand us our orders, only the potato wadges and the boston cream was right they forgot to give us the coffee, didnt put whip cream in my icedcap and instead of grilled chipotle chicken wrap they gave us crispy chicken... we come up to the drive tru again... and this woman try to argue with us when we told her the wong stuffs they gave us... oh my! funny thing is when i asked for the whipped cream of my icedcap the lady answered me that my icedcap has a cream in it they mixed it already...since when tim horton started to mix the whip cream in icedcap3... common' i know if theres whip cream in it, coz i once worked in timmy's before... theyre supposed to tell the costumers sorry for the wrong order they gave us, and offered us a manager's coupon for a free coffee for the next time we buy in any timmy's store... but instead they didnt. Oh well!
