  This is good place to drink coffee in the place . however I have given four star because the store was under staff. The garbage were overflowing in side the store. No offense to worker who were doing great customer service. There were only two people in the store and the staff looked over tired. Fell bad for the workers.i am ashamed that this happens in Canada. Not happy with the Manager.

  Quaint lil bistro atop the hill overlooking the falls. It's ashame they don't have these in England where I'm from. England. The Garcon was quiet passionate about his work and displayed it with a playful happy face wink on the lid. Surely he was trying to lay with me but none the less superior service. I had ordered what the locals call a duboeduboe, and it tasted almost like sugar and cream less the coffee. Absolutely fantastic it was I've never been so chipper. 5 stars Bravo Mr Horton Bravado.

  The cashier, I believe that he is the manager or owner has no customer service. He was nasty and very impatient in taking my order. This is my first time here at tim Horton and I had a very bad impression of the service provided. He kept asking me the same questions and gave me no time to respond. Instead of explaining, he kept asking the questions over and over again and give me no to time to ask or answer. I was treated like the beggar instead of the customer. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. There are other places that I can get better service and with the same quality of food with no harassment from the employee.

  I frequent Tim Hortons in my home city and really enjoy their drinks and food items. During a trip with family to Niagara Falls I ordered 4 drinks from this location, and they got EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM WRONG! They had to remake the entire order causing inconvenience to everyone waiting behind me in the drive through as well.
