  The wait to get in was long although the restaurant was more than half empty. The wait for food was long too. The atmosphere, as you expect, is trying to give off the feeling of being in a rain forest. It’s actually a sad experience: plastic animals sitting on plastic trees with plastic leaves. A nice experience for small children though. The place is good for families and children, but as an adult, I’m not crazy about it. The price is way too expensive as you expect from a tourist-attractions zone. They can charge you whatever they want. It’s easily 4 times as expensive as a normal restaurant. So, brace yourself. The food itself was good. The portion was enough, it tasted fresh and well prepared. No extra seasoning was needed. I ordered​ a smoothy that turned out to be excellent (one of the yummiest I’ve had in my visit to this part of the town).

  Good place to bring the little kids, or visitors from out of country. Food was good, but not great (avoid the veggie burger- bland, nachos needed way more cheese). The service was really good though. Kudos to our servers, Jill and DaWayne, for making the visit memorable. They did a wonderful job keeping us comfortable and happy.

  Of course you're going to pay tourist tax here, but the food and service overall were great! I can't complain about anything. The food was great, service was nice and quick, and the place was moderately busy too, and handled really well. Don't listen to people complaining about pricing, it's Clifton Hill, it's expected.
