  What an awful place to enjoy starbucks. I spent time trying to get on the wifi which was down at the coffee shop and then after getting it from the hotel I tried to redeem my birthday rewards drink and they then notify me that they don't redeem reward drinks but they still give out the stars. I thought that was horrible because first it's my birthday and second why would I pay such a high price for a drink. This starbucks charges a lot more then all the rest of the starbucks in Canada and the States... I guess I'll have to go to Tim Hortons up the street. Thanks a lot...

  I bought a grande latte, they charge me $7.90 and I was talking to my friend,did not check the receipt until on the way back to Toronto. It didn't show any drinks name on that receipt just the number I've been charge.

  $4.45 for a grande Pike coffee...The exact same coffee that costs me $2.45 at any other Starbucks in Ontario. Why is it so much? Probably because it's in the hotel and it's Niagara which is a joke, and I usually wouldn't mind only that but when I drank the coffee it was watered down no flavor. Starbucks ...Please read this review and fix whatever is going on at this location. For the price you are charging for a coffee your standards should be much higher.
